Reporting to the Claims Customer Service Manager, you will join a team of skilled problem solvers. You'll interact with providers over the phone and via email, answering incoming calls and emails, and returning voicemails regarding claims payment / denial issues, questions, and any other concerns, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of call center experience
• 1 year of healthcare claims processing experience
