HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) supports the Customer Service team by entering Customer Orders into the ERP system (JDE) and additional duties as assigned by the team.
This role is a key support role for the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will be responsible for entering Customers Purchase Orders received by the CSRs into Lube-Techs Enterprise Resource Planning system (JDE)

Customer Service Associate:
Process customer orders received via all input methods in an effective and timely manner with 100% accuracy.
Function within the guidelines of Lube-Techs Team Ground Rules, Mission Statement and ISO processes.
Maintain accurate customer information in all systems.
Adhere to documented order fulfillment processes and procedures to ensure customer shipments are made accurately, complete, and on-time. Investigate and resolve any open orders that should have been billed and delivered.
Work with team and add support to the team with other tasks/projects as assigned
Be accountable for quality of work performed
Ability to work independently as well as maintain flexibility to respond to needs as they arise
Takes the lead for document storage and retention for the team
Other duties as requested and assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Flexibility and appreciation of a fast-moving environment.
Strong organizational, attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to remain flexible
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel).
Demonstrated accountability for quality of work
1-2 years of Order Entry work, JD Edwards experience preferred
Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills and consistently meeting deadlines.
