Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Population Health Management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day overall provider customer service experience. You will manage matrix, heavy processes, as you partner with other leaders in the organization to resolve provider and or member inquiries or problems.

To be a good fit for the Provider Customer Service Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience 3+ years of experience working in a leadership role, supervising others
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims or customer service environment
  • Experience with insurance claims, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience developing and implementing processes
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer
