Job Overview
Job Functions
Oversee move from beginning to end following the identified CS process
Act as a primary point of contact with the shipper, account and service providers to maximize customer satisfaction
Identify potential issues and work toward a resolution
Secure authorizations from the account via a variety of portals or systems
Update critical move information, including notes in Pegasus and Account's portal or system
Provide the shipper with status of the move at designated points
Pro-actively update the account of any issues
Complete follow up calls with the shipper after move completion
Ability to anticipate internal and external customer' needs
Requirements and Competencies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to coordinate with various service providers on shipper's behalf
Effective problem solving and organizational skills
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Relocation industry experience is a plus
Ability to follow systemic workflow tasks
Our Customer Service team is currently working 100% remote.
Please note we are only open to interviewing out of state candidates if you have Moving Industry or revelent Customer Service experience.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
