The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily operations and personnel to achieve maximum quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well organized, content, and productive.
Schedule: Hiring for both the 2nd and 3rd shifts
What you will do:

Take ownership of operational activities on assigned shift to ensure the highest possible service levels are maintained.
Closely monitor the Conntect system to insure all job steps are completed within their allotted time parameters. If the station falls behind in monitoring the Operations Log, take necessary steps to insure the Operations Log is caught up, to include reaching out to other stations, reassigning tasks to available agents, and notifying the Manager that additional resources are needed.
Set schedule to ensure adequate coverage is maintained on assigned shift and maintain attendance records.
Supervises direct reports. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to recommending hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
Responsible for all daily, weekly, and monthly production activities within warehouse operations.
Prepares and distributes various reports needed for normal day to day operations.
Responsible for ensuring that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly. Ensure employees are focused on phone calls, email traffic, and the MxTMS operations log.
Maintain overall supervisory responsibilities for operations/customer service and all other operational units of the company, in the absence of a department supervisor or manager.
Supervise the operations of the team to achieve prescribed objectives. Develop and maintain a productive work team through cross training, sound communication and positive motivational techniques.
Facilitating seamless hand offs and communicating key information to peers, teammates and management.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking required environment.
Provide courteous and respectful customer service in high pressure situations to internal/external customers.
Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.
Assist Operations Manager on special projects as required.
Assist in maintaining the security of the facility.
Other duties assigned that are reasonably associated with the essential functions of the job.
Handle and resolve service issues and, if appropriate, escalate through the TQM process of agent/airline issue submission.
Ensure that the Ready for Business turnover log is completed at the end of your shift and forwarded to all applicable parties.
Ensure employees are focused on phone calls, email traffic, and the MxTMS operations log.
Maintain overall supervisory responsibilities for operations/customer service and all other operational units of the company, in the absence of a department supervisor or manager.
Other duties assigned that are reasonably associated with the essential functions of the job.
What you bring:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred
1+ year experience in a call center with supervisory role with ability to communicate effectively and delegate tasks to team.
Address concerns and assist their Logistics Coordinator team.
Knowledge of customer service, MNX SOP's, efficient/cost effective airline routes, and MNX products/services.
Ability to provide world class customer service while responding to fast-paced operations
Skilled in various customer service arenas, with experience in a contact center setting
Requires ability to decide on a course of action. Must have continuous visual and mental attention while performing responsibilities of position.
Pay Rate: $20 to $24 per hour
